Brent H. Bethers, DDS
Dr. Bethers has a passion for helping others; “I want all people who walk into our practice to feel important, and to give our patients the best care possible.” He has created a culture within his staff of ‘kindness: first and foremost’. Owning a practice and treating patients according to his conscience and standards is the culmination of a lifelong goal.
After graduating with a B.S. in Zoology from Brigham Young University, Dr. Bethers graduated in the top 10% of his class at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, and was granted the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Award. Dr. Bethers was also awarded the distinction of ‘Most Likely to Succeed;’ completing all requirements a full six months before graduation.
Following a Residency in Advanced General Dentistry at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Dr. Bethers served a 10-month deployment at Kandahar, Afghanistan where he was attached to a Stryker Brigade. He completed his Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington State and served as the Chief of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas.
Since separating from the United States Army Dr. Bethers has cherished the opportunity to serve the residents of his home state Arizona. He currently resides in the oasis of Verrado in the valley west of Phoenix with his wife and three children. He greatly appreciates his proximity to the biking trails of the White Tank Mountains.
Dr. Bethers currently serves as the Vice President of the Arizona Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is Certified by the American Board of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons and is a member of the American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
